Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

MCP Bundler is a digital software product delivered instantly after purchase.

Because it cannot be “returned” once downloaded or activated, traditional physical return rules do not apply.

We do, however, provide a clear and fair refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have not yet downloaded or activated the software, and request a refund within 14 days of purchase; or
  • The software does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Refunds are not granted if:

You purchased under a different email and cannot verify ownership.

You change your mind after download or activation;

Your issue arises from system incompatibility or misconfiguration outside the documented requirements (macOS 12 or newer);

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to eugene@lifeisgoodlabs.com.

Include:

  • Order number or payment confirmation,
  • Purchase email address,
  • Short description of the issue.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via the same payment method (Stripe / PayPal).

Product Delivery

After successful payment you will immediately receive:

  • A download link for MCP Bundler, and
  • A license or activation confirmation (if applicable).

Ensure you have a compatible macOS version before purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
